​​Club fee will be automatically billed to your credit card or debit card each month for the chosen package, for the term of the agreement, the monthly payment will be billed on the day corresponding to the commencement date.

Cancellation will occur when advance notice of 15 days before the upcoming recurring billing period is given to PrimeWash Express either by a signed cancellation form (on-site) or online request (primewashexpress.com). Cancellations made online may take 24-48 hours to process. If canceled within the first month, a $5 service charge will be applied for the cost of the RFID Tag.

There are no refunds for unused periods.

In the event PrimeWash Express is unable to process a member's credit card due to card expiration or change in information, the members club will automatically be discontinued. Reactivation will be at the current retail price.

Only the vehicle registered at the time of joining the program is eligible and must have a Prime Wash Express RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. Any attempt to remove will render the tag useless.

Membership is only transferable upon purchase of a new or different vehicle and upon official notice to PrimeWash Express Car Wash. A $5.00 fee will be incurred per replacement tag.

PrimeWash Express club memberships are intended for single vehicles only, if any abuse is detected, the member is subject to immediate termination.

Damaged or tampered Prime Wash Express RFID tags (when used) can be replaced. A $5.00 fee will be incurred per replacement tag.

This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts including, but not limited to gift certificates, and/or coupons.

Although this is a club membership, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs/maintenance, weather-related events or major holidays.

Prime Wash Express reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time and will provide notice on-site at least 15 days in advance.

Commercial vehicles may be subject to higher rates determined on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to Uber, Lyft, Taxis, and Limo Services. etc.
