  • What if I have multiple vehicles?
    We offer family plan pricing for our Signature and Premium Plus wash plans. Add a vehicle for only $19.99!
  • What is offered in your Premium Plus wash?
    Our Premium Plus wash offers our ceramic layering process throughout the wash tunnel, a second dry through our Shammy Dry cloth, PLUS our Prime Care Kit which includes a FREE towel, air freshener, and dash wipe. All for only $16!
  • What is ceramic?
    We offer a line of ceramic infused products in our wash process that repels dirt and water resulting in a longer lasting sleek shine. It also protects against UV rays a contaminant deposits on your vehicles clear coat.
  • What is your Wax & Polish wash?
    Our Wax & Polish wash is a unique 2 Tunnel process where first you receive a Premium Plus wash through our wash tunnel, then in our second tunnel we hand dry your vehicle, apply a ceramic hybrid spray, and send you through our Polish Buff wraps to evenly polish your vehicle for only $25!
  • Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
    Yes. If you do not have your unlimited tag number please contact us.
  • Where is my unlimited tag number?
    Your unlimited tag number is on the fastpass tag, which is placed on your windshield.
  • I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
    Please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.
  • Can I change my plan type online?
    No, please visit the wash location to change plans.
  • How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
    Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
  • Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
    No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
  • Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
    Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
  • What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
    You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
  • What if I want to reactivate my account?
    You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
